Tim is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator. Tim is the founding director of TPH Advisory and has been providing quality business insolvency advice for over 25 years across Australia. Tim has vast experience in the insolvency arena and has developed strong expertise across numerous sectors. His expertise is shown in the delicate negotiation of stakeholder’s interests and the achievement of optimal outcomes for his clients.

Most people and businesses that become financially distressed have ‘survival’ as a key focus. Tim’s first instinct is to listen and analyse the client’s problem, get to the root of it and develop solutions that give every company or individual a chance of survival and a return to good financial health.

Tim is a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association.

When Tim is not in the office, he is likely to be on a golf course in his character building quest to align his handicap with his aspirations!

Amanda Lott


Amanda is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator. She has a wealth of corporate insolvency experience after working in this specialist field for over 15 years.

Amanda has been particularly successful in leading teams on various assignments in achieving efficient and cost effective outcomes. In recent years she has overseen DOCAs and Public Company relistings along with successful trade-ons and cost effective liquidations.
